Desorcie’s Market presents Rick Davis opening for Dick Prescott in the free Summer Sounds concert in Highgate. Using the wayback machine, Rick Davis, Lane Gibson, and some cousins formed the Davis Brothers Garage Band that toured in the Rocky Mountain West and then all over New England. It’s going to be a rockin’ great concert.

Big Music Weeks of Summer continue with seven events in Franklin County: Michele Choiniere with Will Patton and Dono Schabner play Woodstock Concerts on the Green. Bayside presents Carol Ann Jones. Twiggs hosts Robert Young. The Georgia Library will hold a Town sing-along. The Abbey Pavilion has the second annual “O” Show Memorial Jam & Concert plus Town of Sheldon’s 250th Anniversary Celebration with Joe’s Big Band. Concerts by the Common has Lake Street Dive.
