Town Meeting is less than six weeks away: the Bent Northrop Library in Fairfield wants people to run for a Library Trustee position. Every Town Clerk in Franklin County has a list of unfilled positions ranging from concert wranglers to cemetery watchers. And the libraries and Towns are not the only organizations looking for volunteers this season.
