Vermonters overpaid their property taxes last fall; half of the more than $90 million Education Fund surplus will return to Vermont taxpayers and strengthen Vermont’s Career and Technical Education system. And, starting this week, Vermont no longer issues “sector-specific guidance.” general guidelines will apply to all Vermonters. I still advise getting the shot(s), the booster, and taking precautions.
