PANDEMIC NEWS

The state Health Department has changed its reporting to align with the CDC definition of “up to date.” According to the Vermont Immunization Registry, the number of people who are eligible to be counted may have dropped in the last week but “because of Vermont’s policy to follow the CDC’s reporting as a rate, not a number, we aren’t able to provide you with numbers.” And yet the state dashboard reported that 14,600 fewer Vermonters are “up to date” this week.
