The FDA authorized updated vaccine booster shots from Moderna and Pfizer that target the BA.4 and BA.5 Omicron variants. Vermont’s COVID-related fatalities increased to 11 this month for a pandemic total of 707. Vermont may have the lowest COVID death rate in the nation but the pandemic has still killed three times more Vermonters than crashes have. Read more…
