Artbits – June 28, 2012

The Summer of Music is officially busy with a baker’s dozen concerts in 11 venues plus a musical. Summer Sounds kicks off at Bay Day with Dark Horse playing into the fireworks. Neon Spoon plus Gary Dulabaum and Rik Barron play Bay Day afternoon. 40th Army Band, 8084, Cinderella Kids, Meg At Cosmic, the Michele Fay Band, Tedd Fish, Justice, Missisquoi River Band, the Swing Peepers, plus Tim Zimmerman and the King’s Brass all on stage. Artbits – May 10, 2012

NMC hosts photographer David Juaire. Carol Ann Jones, the Missisquoi River Band. The Anatomy of Frank, Tammy Fletcher, Yankee Pot Roast, Justice, and the 8th Young Tradition Weekend all perform in rock, folk, and traditional styles. Artbits – April 19, 2012

MVU presents The Wizard of Oz. The second annual Sappy Art Show and Gail Salzman’s exhibit fill the walls. Jenni Johnson, Sturcrazie and Vermont Master Fiddlers fill the stages.
