The Big Music Weeks of Summer continue with Towne Meeting, Nobby Reed Project, Justice, Chameleon, No Left Turn, Nightrain, Smokin’ Gun, Bad Horsey, Troy Millette and Bethany Conner, A&M live, and the Missisquoi River Band. There are stories and songs of the Civil War plus writer Julia Scott, artists Tara Goreau and Rachel Whitebear. Turbo, the Princess Bride, Kung Fu Panda, and Shrek play free in local parks. Summer Sounds takes the weekend off but the Music Weeks of Summer continue with the 39th annual Franklin County Field Days, Bob Young, Josh and Shane Murley, Troy Millette, A & M Live, Justice, Padulabaum, and the Nobby Reed Project. Summer Sounds starts this Sunday at Bay Day! There is live music everywhere with Chasing 440, Padulabaum, the Nobby Reed Project, the Keeghan Nolan Band, Citizens Concert Band, Carol Ann Jones and Gary Spaulding, and Jamie Lee Thurston will open the 24th Summer Sounds season under the stars.
