I’m off on a road trip but there is plenty of art. Dynamic Duos, has adult Superhero- and Supervillain-themed costumes with music and art. Artists Steve Boal, Shanna Ratner, El Towle, Deborah Travis, and Open Studio are all in the spotlight. Swanton is just Ducky. The Nobby Reed Project, the Lonesome Mountain Boys with Will Patton, The Duel, the Smokey Newfield Project, Inseldudler, Bucky Lewis, and Carol Ann Jones all have shows. Bess O’Brien’s film All of Me is screened. It’s Tractor Day, books get donated and Humanities are for Everyone at our libraries. Continue reading →

There’s a Costumed Gala and an NVAA exhibit. Deja Nous, Daniel Rahilly and Ty Cicia, Patti Casey and Tom Mackenzie, the Nobby Reed Project, Ian MacHarg and Hazen Metro with the Heather Morris Celtic Dancers, Prydein, and Yankee Chank all perform.
