The Paint a Chair Fundraiser began yesterday. SAC is planning meeting the 7 Deadly Sins Art Show. River Arts Artisan Gift Shop continues. The Sap Run Boogie has the Starline Rhythm Boys. The Bach Project, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Justifice, the Shane Murley Band, Shake the Band, Christine Malcolm, Cooie & Sergio, Karen Weber & the Funkin Conch Band all take to different stages. All Arts has moved. Robert Waldo Brunelle Jr. leads Acrylic Painting. The 20th Annual Quilt Show has hand-made and vintage quilts. Mark Doremus, Barry Genzlinger, Maureen Genzlinger, Anne Standish, El Towle and Bob Degree exhibit. SACA has an email newsletter and a MeetUp. There’s a Writer’s Panel at the library. AliT, the Nobby Reed Project, John Smyth and Jenn Croteau, the Buck Hollers, the Young Tradition Touring Group, the Island Time Band perform around the countyand there’s an Open Mic Night. Cooper and Lavoie, the Buck Hollers, NightHawk, the Starline Rhythm Boys, Sean Jarvis, and the Spring Instrumental Music Concert take to different stages. Art Hounds ends. AllArts has moved. There is a Spring Watercolor card class and Paint Nite but Art from the Center has been cancelled. The SAC presents the third annual Spring Youth Art Show. AMP Night, Dale and Darcy, Carol Ann Jones, The Church Restoration Project, the John Daly Trio, the Smokey Newfield Project, the Young Tradition Touring Group, PaPa Pete, and Sean Jarvis go to different stages. We have calls for a fellowship, arts fest, craft show, and a juried exhibit.
CreativeGround staarts its fifth year. Writer Walt McLaughlin discusses and signs A Reluctant Pantheism. Continue reading

All Arts has moved! WNET, too! Art from the Center continues and How to Draw Portraits has an art show. CAC holds its annual Members Meeting. Swanton Writer’s Group meets. Rotary Expo has free admission. MCA hosts Belly Dancing. Carol Ann Jones, King Me, Renegade Groove, Tim Brick, Uncle Jimmy, Jenni Johnson, Bethany & Troy, Shake the Band, Rushmore Band, Justice, Jimmy T., and the Nobby Reed Project plays gigs around the state. There is Lucky Leprechauns and Brew Haha Vermont comedy. The SAC Youth Art Show and the Emerging Artist Award deadlines loom. Continue reading
