The Big Music Weeks of Summer continue. Doctor Jazz and the Dixie Six play Summer Sounds. Oklahoma! Stages a four day run. The 26th annual Jig in the Valley kicks off. Michael Domina hosts Fun with Watercolor. NMC Gallery hosts Richard B. Harper. The SAC has the Artisan Jewelry Show. Doctor Jazz, Greenbush, AmerikanaBlue, Waves of Adrenaline, Carol Ann Jones (three times) with Will Patton (twice), the Blue Rock Boys, the Nobby Reed Project, Elisa Toro Franky and Luke Tucker, John Nicholls, Two Old Broads Who Take Pictures, and Adam Hall, Chordination, Root 7, and the Green Mountain Chorus, the Enosburg Town Band, the Will Patton Ensemble, Cozy O’Donnell, the Michele Fay Band and Ballet Wolcott, the Starline Rhythm Boys, Sean Jarvis, the Citizens Concert Band, and the 14th Star Home Grown Music Festival all take to different stages. Northern Flyer plays Summer Sounds. Beehive the 60s Musical has a 3 day run. There are Social Media Marketing and Nature’s Art with Gramma and Grandsons workshops. The Mayor’s Photo Competition opens and NVAA exhibits. SAC Board, Writer’s Group, and Art Journaling Group meet. Northern Flyer, Chris and Erica, Mark LeGrand, the Resonators, the Christine Malcolm Trio, Kyle Stevens, Justice, the Growlers, Jolly Roger, the Blue Rock Boys, Stockwell Brothers, Carol Ann Jones, Enosburg Town Band, Leslie Grant, Sean Jarvis, Still Kickin’, and Citizens Concert Band perform. The 28th year of Summer Sounds begins with Elvis. Marcia Blanco, Paule Gingras, Martha McGinn, and El Towle exhibit. Paint Nite does a Peaceful Beach Afternoon. There is an air conditioned Community Arts MeetUp and planning for the Swanton Spectacular. Mark Shelton, Robin Sunquiet, the Nobby Reed Project, Carol Ann Jones and Will Patton, Ryan Sweezey, the Smokey Newfield Project, Rushmore, Gypsy Wind, No Son Of Mine, Bootlicker and or Mushroom Teeth, Untapped, Graziano Schofield & Slim, the Enosburg Town Band, Northern Flyer, Sean Jarvis, Rushmore, and the Citizens Concert Band all have gigs. Ryan Sweezey, Cooper and Lavoie, O’hAnleigh, GSS, Chasing 440, the Nobby Reed Project, The Stragglers and King Me!, the Lloyd Tyler Band, Mary McGinniss and The Selkies, Rushmore, MetalWerx, Laura Joy, a Writers Relay, and Sandra fw Beatty, Carol Ann Jonesthe Enosburg Town Band, piano music, the Take Five Jazz Ensemble, Sean Jarvis, and the Citizens Concert Band play different venues.
