The 2005 PREP Act public health emergency declaration against COVID-19 is set to expire on December 31. Gov. Phil Scott tested positive for the virus. And only about 21% of Vermonters have gotten the updated COVID-19 vaccine and 30% have gotten a flu shot but COVID killed 140 more Vermonters this year. Read more…
