In addition to the COVID news, mosquitoes have tested positive for Eastern Equine Encephalitis in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. A Vermonter here has contracted EEE for the first time since 2012. The number of COVID-19 cases in Vermont has quadrupled since the beginning of summer. Read more
