Despite continuing the Delta surge, Gov. Phil Scott said last week that the data shows the vaccines significantly reduce cases among the vaccinated. Only three-tenths of a percent of vaccinated Vermonters have been hospitalized. Vermont reported 1,238 new COVID-19 cases last week. Franklin County reported 239 cases in the 14 days ending Sunday.
