The 27th season of Summer Sounds brought exceptional performances “from away” with groups rarely heard here in Franklin County but the regular season came to an end last weekend. The series dodged rain drops a couple of times but we were outside in the park every Sunday. Read more

It’s a big music week for Twiggs with Gypsy Wind, Isaac French, Mark LeGrand, and the Jeff Salisbury Band on different nights. The Ten Best Days of Summer has some of the region’s finest musicians including Tim Brick, Chris & Erica, Bethany Conner, Keeghan Nolan, Troy Millette and Dylan Gombas, and more, all on different stages. Durty Nelly’s presents Kylie Live. Harrison’s has Will Patton and Mark Struhsacker. Carol Ann Jones and Will Patton play through at Arrowhead Golf Course. The monthly Celebration of Expressive Arts has a 5J Barrow Special Event Dinner Concert. 14th Star Brewing presents AWTB. The First Congregational Church begins its first fall concert series with Arioso.
