Three Massachussets city arts councils want public art proposals for commissions. The Krempp Gallery is reviewing portfolios for solo and group shows. The Chelsea International Fine Art Competition is open to visual artists from anywhere and has some nifty youtube marketing. An April celebration of arts and poetry in Burlington puts visual artists together with the work of Vermont poet Daniel Lusk.
