The Festival of Trees continues the magical month to usher in the holidays with the Running of the Bells, the Monte Carlo Holiday Festival, band concerts, the Vermont Choral Union and L’Harmonie des Saisons performing Handel’s Messiah, parties, Santa, and more. Franklin Rec and the Haston Library have the 8th annual Tree Lighting and Community Holiday Concert.
