I have good news for last minute givers. The Opera House has good news for Seuss lovers. The Swanton Arts Council has good news for Bottle Cap collectors. Carol Ann Jones plays twice, Nobby Reed has a special guest, and Elliott Johnson and A & M play. Artist Gail Salzman has two opening receptions. SAC hosts Crafts. Carol Ann Jones, Jenni Johnson and Friends, Justice, the Contois School of Music Band, Cooie, and Jack Grimmer play different stages. We have calls for Focal Point, Recycled, Repurposed, Recovered, and Cell Phone Photography. Cider and donuts movies, games, creative writing, JP Choquette, Muffins, and astronomy all fill the libraries. Continue reading

There is a Figure Drawing Marathon and pen and ink on display. The Nobby Reed Project, Carol Ann Jones, and Stephen Russell Payne and Rick Norcross all take to stages. DonnaRae Menard reads and signs her book. Libraries have an historical lecture, Game Day, the “High 5 Campaign,” and non-traditional items for lending. The Vermont Creative Network Creative Summit draws to a close and there is a Business Summit for veterans plus an Estate and Planned Giving Seminar. Continue reading
