National Arts In Education Week begins. The Northwestern Medical Center Gallery hosts David J. Griggs in a solo show and the NVAA is on exhibit at the old Red Mill. SAC has a busy week planned. The Wing Walkers, Cooper & LaVoie, Rosie & Trevor, Carol Ann Jones, and Missisquoi River Band have gigs. Comedy For A Cause continues. The Big Music Weeks of Summer continue. Summer Sounds presents the Christopher Dean Band. Barbie-N-Bones, Jenni Johnson, Bob Young, the Smokey Newfield Project, Chris and Erica, Justice, Carol Ann Jones and Will Patton twice, the Nobby Reed Project, Rushmore, the Vermont Fiddle Orchestra, and Comedy For A Cause all take to a stage near you. There’s a free meet-the-artists reception for Eddie Gagne, Paule Gingras, Kelly Shawyer, and Deb Shell as well as Art in the Park and a Paint & Sip. Plans for National Night Out.
