The Artist in Residence Cooperative Gallery may close at the end of the month, never to see 2016, unless we all make a miracle keep them open. The gallery has maybe its last free meet-the-artists reception. The Festival of Trees brings out music and art and trees. Nobby Reed Project, Close to Nowhere, Justin Panigutti, the Missisquoi River Band, the Opera House Christmas Concert, the Vermont International Festival all find stages. The Eloquent Page hosts two readings and book signings. Continue reading

The arts have touched all of our lives all year, with benefits and friendship and glorious exhibits and performances grand and small. Artist Fred Swan will be in town. SAC has an Open Art Studio. The Citizen Concert Band Christmas Concert, Coon Hill John, and Vern Colburn are all on stage. Writers Tammy Flanders Hetrick and Liz Conforti will sign books.
